Most sellers ask me the optimal window to sell their home for the maximum profit. The short answer is summer, especially int he month of July. Why? Most buyers, especially those with school aged kids want to close and settle into their new house before the start of the school year in August. Consequently July is the optimal month for multiple offers on your home. But that’s just the start.
